Do you ship to the US, and how long does it take?
Yes. We ship from London to the United States. Standard delivery takes 7–10 working days and costs £25. Express delivery takes 3–7 working days and costs £35. US duty and import fees are calculated at checkout, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
We also ship to the EU (7–10 working days, £14.99) and the rest of the world, including Australia, Canada, Asia and the UAE (7–12 working days, £22). UK standard delivery takes up to 4 working days (£3.50), or next working day with express (£6.99). See Shipping & Returns.
Are items authentic? How do you check?
Yes. Every designer piece we sell is 100% authentic, and we never sell fakes or replicas. Our team in London checks every item before it is listed: labels, serial numbers where the brand uses them, hardware such as zips, buttons and clasps, stitching and seams, materials and finishing. If you have any doubts, email us and we will send extra photos of the labels, serial numbers or any detail you want to see. How do UK sizes convert to US sizes?
Our listings use UK sizes. For women's clothing, take two off the UK size to get the US size:
- UK 4 = US 0
- UK 6 = US 2
- UK 8 = US 4
- UK 10 = US 6
- UK 12 = US 8
- UK 14 = US 10
- UK 16 = US 12
Letter sizes (XS, S, M, L) are the same in the UK and US. Jeans sizes in inches (for example 26") are the same everywhere. For women's shoes, add two and a half to the UK size: UK 4 = US 6.5, UK 5 = US 7.5, UK 6 = US 8.5. Brands vary, so email us if you would like measurements for a piece.
What condition are items in?
Every item is preloved and inspected by hand before it is listed. We check for wear, marks, pilling or fading, and anything that could affect how a piece looks or wears is described in the listing. Items listed as "New With Tags" still have their original tags attached.
Can I return an item from outside the UK?
Yes. Orders from outside the UK can be returned within 21 days of purchase (UK orders within 14 days). To start a return, email info@mycircularwardrobe.com and we will send you a return form. Items must come back in the same condition with their original tags attached. Return postage is paid by the customer, and refunds go back to your original payment method, minus the original shipping cost. Can I make an offer?
Yes. Use the "Make a considered offer" button on the product page, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
