Return Policy

We accept returns from the UK within 14 days of purchase.

Orders from outside the UK can be returned within 21 days of purchase.

Should you request a refund outside of this time frame then we may reject your refund request or issue you with a credit note.

To request a return please complete this form or e-mail info@mycircularwardrobe.com.

Once a return has been approved we will send you a return form with the address details.

Please post back to My Circular Wardrobe within a week of return approval to be eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs.

All products must be returned with the original tags and in the same condition as they were in when they were shipped. This means the tags are undamaged and unused. 

Once the item has been received and checked you will be refunded via the original payment method, minus the original shipping cost.

We aim to describe our items as accurately as possible but we may make the odd mistake from time to time. If you notice any inaccuracies we will refund you the full amount including the cost of postage.

Any refund made will be made on the credit card or debit card used at the time of ordering the products or by PayPal. Refunds will usually be processed within 5 business days of products being received back.

IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER - If You are returning Product(s) paid for on your credit or debit card, we will make a credit adjustment directly to your card account. Please remember that if you can’t produce a Certificate of Posting from your postal service then we will not be able to credit your account if the parcel goes missing.
